I was in for my first visit today with Dr. Meeks. From the minute I walked into the office I was gr... eeted with smiles. The staff spent time talking to me and they were very welcoming. They have great personalities and I felt like I had been with this practice for years! I'm a practice manager and patient experience is top on my important list. This group gave a great experience! Just wanted to give a shout out to Dr. Anthony Nguyen at Memorial Eye Center (Barker Cypress). I was... ready to write them off after a disappointing experience with a previous doctor there. When I called another eye clinic to book an appointment, they suggested I give Memorial Eye Center another chance—especially since I’d have to pay in full for a new visit. I’m glad I listened. Dr. Nguyen conducted a thorough new eye exam, clearly walked me through my options, and made sure I left with what I believe is finally the right prescription for my contacts. His professionalism and genuine care made all the difference.
